To make this refresher, we used our organic matcha tea bags. Using whole-leaf matcha, known as tencha, is an easy and convenient way to get all the benefits and flavor of matcha- perfect for anyone just beginning their matcha journey! If you’d prefer to use matcha powder instead, mix one teaspoon of matcha with one cup of hot water and whisk until frothy.
